I love my john deere mower I've had it 10yrs. Do I am so disappointed with the service I'm receiving. All I wanted was a tune up and blades changed they have had it 2 weeks and still haven't worked on it that I know of. I call am put on hold for 10min 1st time they didn't know but would be done Monday, I called Tuesday this time pit on hold for 15.min,still don't know what's going on with it. So I went in person sat to check. Took him 10 to find it still don't know what is going on. He well call Monday. They have said this before. I really love my mower it's the best, if they just had a service department. I have proof for what I say!
